Shipping policy

Standard Delivery – R100 Nationwide

We offer a flat rate of R100 for delivery anywhere in South Africa. Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays, and typically take 3–5 business days to arrive.

If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to help!

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on the move.

Pickup - Free

Our cozy little shop in Observatory is waiting for you. We usually have orders ready within 48 hours, but if you haven’t heard from us yet, hang tight — we’ll send you a confirmation once your parcel is prepped and ready.
